Default 2000 Chrysler 300 M

I have a 2000 Chrysler 300m. Here are my symptoms. The engine runs fine when cold. When engine warms to normal temperature it will stall every time. Here is what I have done so far.
New fuel pump.
New crank and cam positioning sensors.
Found the battery shorted, that now has been replaced.
It still stalls and doesn't want to start when at normal operating temperature.
Someone told me the auto stop relay. I have this, and two identical relays with the same numbers stamped on them, they're 5 pin relays. I swapped it out with the radiator relay, and it wouldn't even try to start.

I really don't want to keep throwing money at this. I have $400 in it now and it's still on ramps.

Anyone have some suggestions? They would be greatly appreciated.
