Default 2005 300c

Hello everyone I bought a 2005 300c with a bad hemi in it as a project, I have already swapped the engine to another 5.7 but it has problems at staying in a consistent rpm at idle, ranges from 700 to about 1500.
The computer throwing a crankshaft sensor code
The person i bought it from said it had a bigger camshaft in it, which i suppose it has a tune for that camshaft
im wondering if it could be the tune that’s making it idle rough since it’s back to the stock cam
could it be a bad ground?
any ideas and help would be appreciated!!
(the video was the first time I got it running and has not exhaust manifolds on)
