Question 2006 300 starting but wont stay running

I know someone with a 2006 300 that they want to sell. The car only has one fault at the moment - it will start up but won't stay running. I have not had the chance to pull any codes yet, but I was wondering, is there anything specific to this car that could be causing the issue? Anything I should be looking for? Any specific codes I should avoid? This is not the Hemi engine.

Thanks!

Codes first then answers. Its like Your asked for a DR to tell yo what they think with out A telling him what hurts, where it hurts or what symptoms.

I know this is old, but if it starts and runs for 5-10 seconds then turns off, it could just be the key programming if you are starting it with a valet key.
