Default 2006 Chrysler 300C 5.7 Driver Side Floor Leak

I have been look at posts and videos trying to find out where in the heck this leak is coming from. I don't drive it too much, and I know its not leaking anti freeze. I used a car cover as well. I recently replaced the "cowl" or the thing that stops water from the front windshield. It seems to slowly leak behind this new thing I just purchased...any tips? Can electrical tape help? Please assist.

Water that gets into the cowl area in front of the windshield must be able to drain out. There are drains to allow this. Leaves and debris that get in there can clog the drains. One of the drains is a tube that comes through the firewall behind the engine. It's a rubber tube that comes out of the firewall, turns down and just ends there. If it gets full of stuff it will clog. Massage it gently to break up the clog and allow the debris to fall out. There may be a drain on the other side. If you can remove the grill over the cowl. look to see if you can find a drain there and clear it.
