Default 2008 300 limited with ESP/BAS +traction control lights on

Hi folks. Got the lights wiped and they’re still on after replacing the sensors and brakes.

the car drives with all three lights solidly on and drives like it’s on snow or ice. Code reader comes back saying incorrect gear ratio and I’m scratching my head thinking of what to try next. I’ve thought about taking the ABS fuses out of the fuse box but that’s the last option I want to take in case of an accident.

the car drives difficult like it surges gear one and won’t switch into gear 2 because of the incorrect gear ratio.

the transmission fluid has been replaced and everything seems fine. Just can’t figure out why the traction control and ABS/ESP are on
