I have a 2010 Chrysler 300 touring 3.5 v6. The car is clean but needs love. First problem is the car wouldn't come out of auxiliary, would I need an entirely new ignition? Also there is a tick, not a knock, but a tick I think with the top end but not sure. It had chocked on power a few times but no engine light. Is there anyway for me to check little thing out before I engine swap or should I get ride of it?

 

UPDATE : got a new battery put in and ignition vibrated/ buzzed. Tried to start the car to see if it'd stop and then it wouldn't shut off. Pulled the key out in the off position and kept running even after I unhooked the battery. (At least my alternator is good) had to pull a fuse to shut it off. PLEASE HELP
