I have a 2013 300 base with only 60 milea on it. I noticed that it leans to the passenger side. Or it is lower on the passanger side than the driver side. On level ground. Anyone else have this issue. Might come from the factory that way but just wondering

 

Sounds like a bad shock, it's not supposed to lean to one side or another...

 

yeah ill take it to the dealer but i doubt they will do anything. Its brand new off the lot so I don't know if the shocks would be bad already

 

It should not lean the way you are describing it. Check both the front and rear shock assemblies for leakage. Something may have happened to the suspension when the truck driver tied the car down prior to delivery to the dealer.

 

I had this on a Peugeot years ago, and I just couldn't figure it out for ages. Then a good friend with eyes like an eagle spotted a broken front spring right at the very top where it was dark and hard to see.
