Default 2014 Chrysler 300 Base Front Suspension

I recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 Base with only 23000 miles on the clock. I sell these cars every day. I like how they drive, the 3.6 V6 mated with an 8-speed transmission is wonderful! It is a great, economical and comfortable highway cruiser. Right after I took delivery I noticed, even on smooth roads, there is a rattle coming from the front left suspension, not enough to cause any harm. Passengers don't hear or feel it but I feel it on the wheel. . The service techs have had it on the hoist and test drove it. They tell me there is nothing wrong. Has anyone else experienced this. It sounds like a slightly loose spring or shock. Also, has anyone had any experince in "lifting" the suspension. The car seems to drag and scrape going over white paint lines on the road. It sits so low!. This is not a big deal but a little annoying because these things never go away by themselves. HELP!! Alex

If the tech couldn't find anything my vote is for a bad shock. Have no clue re the low ride. Do you know the history? Maybe a previous owner lowered it.

Hi alexhm4,
We understand how frustrating this may be. If you would like to continue working with your dealer to have the rattle addressed, you may also send us a private message and we will gladly provide you with an additional layer of assistance while your 300 is at the dealer.
