22's anyone have problems?
I just bought a 06 300 touring and the Chrysler dealer put 22" wheels and Pirelli tires(265/35/22) on it before I bought it. They said they would knock $1,500 off the price if I wanted some stock 17's on it, but I kept them because they look so nice. I looked under the front fenders the other day and notices right in the center on the fender it looks like the tire may have clipped the fender in one place and slighly bent it(is like that on both sides. Can't notice it unless you look under the fender. Anyone else had this happen? Or do I need to bend the metal around the fender to clear the wheels. I'm not sure if it was like this or happened later. The car is used, so I have no idea. The ride is pretty good with the 22's, but I think 20's would be better, but they sure look nice.
