My dads 2007 300 touring isnt running like it should [:@], he says its making loud noises and doesnt go over 20-40, i didnt ride with him nor did i hear it, but i think that it might be the torque converter.

what do you guys think is the problem?

 

me personaly I would take it to the dealer being thats its an 07. More then likely under warranty any way.
