Looking through the manual for the codes I have the wiring diagram for these trouble codes and they both show the power going through fuse 40 in the PDC, but there's no fuse 40 up front, and fuse 40 in the rear is for power mirrors which still work.

There's mention of a fusible link but unless that means fuse I don't know where I'd look to find such a link.
