bluetooth stops working after using remote start

Default bluetooth stops working after using remote start
it seems when i use the remote start more often the bluetooth starts malfunctioning and i have to disconnect the battery to reset. which does in deed work...anyone have this problem or know of another way to reset without having to disconnect my battery????????
