CD Deck

My CD changer has quit playing cd's. I try to switch up the cd's but it just gives me an error msg. I'm thinking that the mechanism to switch disks are stuck and have no idea how to fix the problem.

Help please!

Do you have labels on them? Are they PC burned CDs?

They're regular CD's from the music store. I just want to know if there's a "release" button that i can get at so I can get the CD's back.
