My 2009 Chrysler 300 fob is stuck in the ignition. When I try to remove the key fob it will not turn all the way for me to remove the fob. When I try to start the car it will not start either. So, I cannot start the car nor remove the key fob. What may be the problem?

It is in park. If that was the only issue then shouldn't it still turn on? It would have to to allow me to switch gears.
