Hi - it's been like this for years but trying to fix now (so can sell). Brakes creak when almost stopped. Then creak again when lifted. Brakes greased, stopped for a while and now it's happening again.
Left front upper ball joint replaced
Upper control arm replaced

Struts?
Stabilizer?
Caliper piston?
Brake pedal hinge or return spring?
Backing of brake pad rusted?
Season rotors and bed pads?

Seems like this is a common issue just wondering if anyone has a solution.
