Default dark NAV display

2014 Chrys 300 base model with Navigation (RB5)

recently acquired. display is dark, but the touch screen works (can hear it BEEP when touching its just blank no image)
radio and climate controls work

dealer said replace display, radio, and center stack.. yea right.

i tried a different display off Ebay, no joy. no beeps or nothing. sent it back, reinstalled original
got a pulled center stack and that seemed to fix the constant power problem i also to the radio, but no display
just got a different head unit, installed, no image still, no response on touch because im assuming its asking for radio code i cant see to enter. reinstalled original.

HELP. at this point im leaning towards either the original just has a bad digitizer,,, or its bad and the one i got online was also bad. or there is some fuse other than the radio fuse in the trunk i cant find
