Default Deal or no deal?

Hi all, been lurking for a long time on various 300 forums. I am in the market for a 300 and have chosen the 300c. I found one close to me that has all the bells and whistles I am after, was wondering if the pricing seemed solid to you:

Also, was wondering if the vented seats and shade were ever options on the 'S' or only the 'C'

OK, I totally suck at linking apparently. It is a 2012 300c 20k miles, AWD, V8, 5-spd, with all options (cooled seats, shade, cooled/heated cup holders) except for the lane assist and adaptive cruise for $31k
