Default Deciphering the Navigation System

The Navigation system on my 2015 300 helpfully displays yellow warning signs at nearby accident and road construction locations, thereby allowing me to avoid them. However, I have checked the owners manual and have been unable to find the specific meanings of the various signs; while some are self evident, like the road narrows due to construction sign, others are much less so. Does anyone know where to find the specific sign meanings?

Also, I noticed that some routes on the Navigation screen are outlined in yellow or green. Can anyone tell me what these colors mean?

Thanks in advance for any help rendered.

being the navigation systems are garmin based, you can likely find the meanings you're looking for on their website. Maybe look in their online manual for one of the newer model nuvi units.

Thanks,

Checked with Garmin; they had some (but not all) of the answers.
