Default Deciphering OBDII Codes

I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring and my "service engine soon" light just came on. I got the codes and the definitions, but I'm unclear on what actually needs to be done to correct the problem. The codes are as follows:

P0154 O2 sensor circuit no activity detected (bank 2 sensor 1)
p0156 O2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 2 sensor 2)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

looks like you need to replace the oxygen sensor and check to make sure the wires are working with a multimeter

These are the oxygen sensors on the bank of cylinders closer to the front of the car. Sensor 2/1 is the upstream sensor you can see with the hood open looking at the engine. Sensor 2/2 is underneath. You will probably need to replace one or both sensors and possibly have to service the wires leading to them.
