Default Disconnected Battery, Will the alarm go off on manual key entry?

Hello guys, I need some help.

I own a 300C, from 2005, with the 3.5L engine.

I disconnected my battery and closed the car. Now in order to get to the trunk again, I`ll need to use the keys to manually open the door, because the remote no longer works.

In the past whenever I manually used the keys, the alarm would go OFF. Will the alarm go off now with the battery disconnected ? My initial thought would be NO, but I read online about all these "alarm backup batteries". I live in a crowded neighbourhood and I think its best not to bother everyone. Also, in case the alarm does go off, how do you stop it with the battery disconnected ? Do I need to connect the new battery first?

Thank you very much for your time.
