Default Engine Misfiring after changing spark plugs

It will rumble to a start then the rpms will go up and down and there is a horrible noise coming from the engine. If anyone can assist that would be great.

It was running fine, decided to change the spark plugs, got some bosch gapped at .05 (As per factory), swapped them and started her up and the lightning bolt came on and the rpms increased and decreased and like i said the engine made a horrible sound.

It's not possible I dont think to plug the wrong wire into the wrong boot as it's all taped pretty tightly and couldn't plug one into another one if you wanted to...any and all help is appreciated as it's just lying dead in my driveway right now

What is the noise, a hissing sound? You may have split the EGR tube seal on the back of the plenum. Why did you take the short runner motors out?
