Default changing spark plugs in '05 Pacifica

Man, I could use some help getting to these back plugs. Anyone?

Did you take off the intake manifold? I have heard that is you have to do it but don't have personal experience. Have you searched here or pacificaworld.com yet on this topic? It comes up quite a bit.

For the 3.5 manual says to remove the intake manifold for the front plugs. It does not mention removal for the 3.8 L
