how to fix what? if you want help you gotta try to be a little more descriptive in your requests.
Being that I'm not sure what your issue specifically is, I'll give you a reset sequence to try. press and hold both the vol button and the enter button below your 8.4 screen for about 5 seconds or so and the unit will reset. |
When in phone mode, the display on my radio says: "Hands free system loading.....Please wait". I've been told it is an issue with the Hands Free Module.

I disconnected the battery for 30 minutes, but message remained.

The battery trick doesn't always work and in fact hasn't worked on 2 different occasions for me on my 2016 300s and my wife's 2016 Journey. |

I have a 2012 300C and I have this Hands free system loading.....please wait, stuck on my display. I removed the neg. battery cable for 5 mins. and it reset the Bluetooth, but less than 5 mins later the error message came back. Is there a recall or a reset the dealer can perform and does the dealer cover the cost?

Hi. I am seeing the same message on my 2012 300c. Have the software up to date and tried a 5 minute reboot. Trying a 30 now. Doubt it will work.

Be aware, that if you buy a hands free module on line you will still need the dealer to reload the software and the procedure takes hours, not minutes.
The on line purchase is a "crap shoot" as there a a number of different hands free modules around. Do not even consider the used ones avail on ebay as the ones I saw were from "all sales final" sellers. |
no luck with the 30 minute reboot either. Still get the please wait message. Would be nice if this stuff worked as designed for the life of the product.

I bought a Bluetooth module online for my 2012 Chrysler 300 limited I keep getting the same message as before (hands free loading) is its something I’m doing wrong I try unhooking the battery cable for couple mins still got the same message I don’t understand
