how to fix what? if you want help you gotta try to be a little more descriptive in your requests.

Being that I'm not sure what your issue specifically is, I'll give you a reset sequence to try.

press and hold both the vol button and the enter button below your 8.4 screen for about 5 seconds or so and the unit will reset.

When in phone mode, the display on my radio says: "Hands free system loading.....Please wait". I've been told it is an issue with the Hands Free Module.

I disconnected the battery for 30 minutes, but message remained.

hit the two buttons below the screen for 5 or so seconds to reset it.

The battery trick doesn't always work and in fact hasn't worked on 2 different occasions for me on my 2016 300s and my wife's 2016 Journey.

ok sorry figured it was worth a try before the infamous drive to dealer to have it replaced.
