HID Low Beam replacement issues, Help?

Default HID Low Beam replacement issues, Help?
I have a 2006 300 C and I just upgraded my headlight assays to a version with halo's and some LED's. They came with HID's for the low beam to replace the shock halogen bulbs.

They work great until I start the engine, then they flicker for 1 or 2 seconds and go out.

Anyone have any insight as to why?
