Default Reverse Camera

Hello - I have a 2012 300c , the Camera has either started flickering or showing and image that is reversed , does anyone know if this would be the camera itself or the head/Controller ?
Thanks

I had something similar happen. After the flickering it said "CAMERA NOT AVAILABLE" and then it blue screened.

The dealer ordered a replacement head unit under warranty and it will arrive next week.

Alex from Chrysler cares, so you very much care to fix a reverse camera but don't care to fix the cars stalling after full filling the gas tank on older 300's interesting way of caring Alex from Chrysler cares.

Come on Beast 300. Instead of "high jacking" multiple threads, start one of your own on this issue that's obviously important to you. Perhaps a search to bring up the subject of keen interest to you?
Please don't reply as it will further distract from the thread on Reverse Cameras.

Default Similar issue

I also have a 2012 300C and the back up camera is intermittent. Sometimes it works fine and other times the screen is black. I have not experienced the upside down visuals that other have mentioned. Is there anything I can check before taking it to a dealership? I'm hoping it's just a lose commector but I'm not familiar with how to access the camera.

Chris - when I had your cam symptoms the dealer replaced the camera outright. Do a UTube search and see if there is a vid on how to do it. I have also seen posts on this forum on bad wiring in the trunk area.
