Back up camera not working - T&C 2012
Hi All,
The backup camera on my 2012 Town & Country is having same issues. Its hard to say what is causing it but its not working most of the time. Occasionally it works when in Reverse but most of the time it does not. I owned this T&C for past two years and issue has started happening just recently. I did not have any issues with the camera before. When in Reverse I can see the "Check entire surroundings!" message on the dashboard screen but the rest of the image is black (see attached pictures). There are no apparent obstructions to the camera itself.
Has anyone experienced this? What could be the possible cause? What to look for?

Sorry to hear about your reverse camera issue.
I wouldn't hesitate to bring your vehicle to your dealer for an inspection, are you still covered under manufacturer's warranty?
