Default Turn signal/traction control problem

I have a 2008 Chrysler 300 Touring. Every time I use my left turn signal. The traction control light comes on after turning. If I turn the turn signal off before the steering wheel starts to return to the neutral position, the traction control light does not come on. This only happens when turning left, not when turning right. If you turn the car off and wait at least 10 seconds, the traction control light will go off. Any thoughts on what is causing this and how to correct it?
