Vibration noise
I have a 2013 300 AWD. I noticed at times I get a vibration sound when I go over tar strips in the road or certain holes in the roadway. I tried everything I can think of to stop this from happening? It seems to affect only the right rear side of the car. Has anyone had a similar issue with their car? The car is perfectly quiet 99 % of the time you only hear a thump, when going over bumps. This is okay, only sometimes does the vibration sound occur?

This doesn't sound abnormal based on your explanation.
Tar strips are a different type of surface and the tires react differently.
Have you inspected each tire to look for flat spotting?
Road noise and feedback from holes isn't out of the ordinary.
Can you provide a bit more detail to help better understand?
