warrantee issues

Default warrantee issues
Are we responsible for a 100 dollar deductable every time we bring our cars in for warrantee service even if its still covered under the factory warrantee????

No, if your within you factory 3/36 (3 years, 36,000 miles) then there should be NO deductible. The deductible does not kick in until your factory warranty is expired and your extended warranty takes effect.
