Default Water Outlet Housing Tube?

Hello, I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 2.7l and recently had the coolant air bleeder housing crack and spew radiator fluid everywhere. I replaced the part with the Dorman 902-301, which has the bleeder on the housing itself. Problem is, my last one didn't have the bleeder on the housing, instead I have a bleeder on the tube that connects the upper radiator hose into the valve housing. That original bleeder leaks by still, but I cannot find a replacement tube. It is pictured red in this photo - I hope someone can help me identify and source this part!
Many thanks,
E.
