2009 air intake , chip, exhaust
Just got this Aspen o9 fully loaded with every option.
What air intake would you recommend with links?
what I hear the easiest for the exhaust is to cut out bottom muffler ?
would a chip or tuner or Dyno tune be best . which one .
any other suggestions appreciated
would like to save fuel but have ***** as well

#1 You bought the wrong vehicle if you want to save fuel!
For the 2009, the Intake Manifold and TB position was re-designed for just the one model year. There are no Air Intake kits specifically available for the 09 Aspen, and the 07-08 kits will not work without modification. Best bet is to build your own if you want one.
Muffler, never heard of cutting out the bottom, but even if you do, sounds kinda ghetto and will lead to rusting out your system. If you want some growl, I'd suggest just replacing the oem muffler with one you like (Magnaflow, Borla, Flowmaster...etc). If that isn't loud enough, you can remove the resonator as well. Lastly, there are Catback kits you can buy for the Aspen/Durango. Anything 2007, 08, 09 should work for that as they are all the same.
Tuner, I use a Trinity T-1000 tuner. There are a handful of other Trinity/Diablo tuners that work with the Aspen.
