Can anyone tell me how you can totally disable the ESP system on the 07 aspen. By pressing the "ESP OFF" button you can only partially disable the system. This is not good enough at times. I am in wisconsin and this year have had ALOT of snow. Imagine driving in a bad snow storm when all of a sudden the snow starts pulling yo into the ditch. Ah, no big deal with 4 wheel drive just turn out of it and accelerate to pull yourself out. Then the ESP kicks in and shut down your power and you end up in the ditch. I did not end up in the ditch but came very close. I also do some ice fishing that may lead me onto the ice, at times you cannot stop or rsik getting stuck. Again this system prevents this. I absolutly love the safety features provided by chrysler but if this ststem cannot be fully disabled it accually hinders some of the capability of this vehicle. Any information would be appreciated.
