You will loose the tow hooks, if you don't have the tow hooks, you have to cut the cowling in two spots to mount. Pre set for additional lights if you wish. You'll need a 4ft cheater bar to break those mounting bolts.

It looks like my vehicle is identical to yours, so thanks for the pics. This has really helped. I'm just undecided if I like the way it looks or I like the idea of it.....for $300.00+ for the bar itself plus the cost of a decent set of lights, I had better like it...know what I mean?
