Brakes Vibrating - Still under warranty?

Default Brakes Vibrating - Still under warranty?
Can I get warranty work on the brakes since they vibrate when in use? Is this covered under the 3 yr/36k bumper-to-bumper warranty?

most brake issue is 12month 12k miles
