What do you mean by "not working". No air flow? Air flow not cold? Air flow not coming out the right place? What do you mean by "limited" in back? It would help it you provided some details. Is this a manual system or automatic temperature control? What is the history of the problem? Did it crop up all of a sudden or was it a gradual thing?
The A/C system is a very complex system. There can be many reasons for not working. The more information you can supply, the more likely somebody here might have an answer.

It's not blowing any air. Started off by only working on low and not high. Then it work on some days. Today it's not blowing any air at all and in the back seat only works on high level. Checked to see if it blows heat doesn't do that either. It's been a gradual thing.

Assuming you have automatic temperature control, it may be the blower control module has gone bad or possibly the blower motor has gone bad. Back seat may be the blower resistor.
