Anyone remove second row seating? Looking to replace 2nd row with 40/20/40 split. Straight bolt on?

I just picked up an '08 and want to swap the second row bench for the 2nd row bucket/captains chairs. So my questions are:

Do I need an entire new set of seats? I've seen a set of captains chair on ebay with heated seat harness.

OR

Can I just get the console and swap it for the middle seat in the second row?
