I just took a trip today and the noise was not there at all. It was fairly windy too. I'm still going to have the dealer look at it.

Too bad to hear that! I had the problem SAME problem with my 2004 Durango SLT. Was covered by Warrenty BUT it did come back a couple of time and they kept "fixing it" I really hope I do not have this problem with the 2009 aspen I just bought 3 weeks ago!
