Default Heated seat/ power seat blown fuse

I have a 2007 Chrysler Aspen 4.7 4x4 flex fuel. The 40 amp fuse labeled “power seat” keeps blowing. I am not sure if this is related to the power seat or the heated seat element. I don’t see any burned wires or anything under the seat. How do I diagnose the problem?

the 40 amp is for moving the seats. there will be 2 one for pass one for driver which is blowing? a fuse blows being a short to ground or in a motors case over draw on amps and it blows.
