Default Help w/Multimedia, Nav, Stereo system

Does anyone know how to re-boot this thing? I have a 2008 Aspen Limited with a 17/20 gig hard drive. I had loaded about 9-10 gigs of music and one day about half of my music "disappeared". Deleted everything out of memory but the system still shows 9-10 gigs of memory saved. Any thoughts how to fix this? I have looked in several different manuals and searched via Google but nothing. Basically, I want to wipe it clean and start over...if possible. Thanks!

Reinstall the OS. Download it and follow all instructions here: http://mofv.com/mygig/

That should do the trick. Make sure you follow every instruction to the letter, and download the correct file for your head unit.

Good luck!
