Just like it says and where can i get the led lights from that will match factory?

 

Insert a flat bladed screwdriver in the notch right next to the lens where it meets the housing. Pry down gently until it unsnaps, swing the lens down. Should be easy after that.

For the bulb, you'll need to look in your owner's manual for the bulb type -- there are tons of sites that sell them.
