Default Nav Screen

My aspen is only a few months old with less than 3000 miles on it, but recently when i started it the nav screen displayed all of the options for tuner, cd etc, but the volume control wasn't working and there was no playback from either the cd or tuner. please help

Take it back to the dealer. Ask them to read the radio codes. If they are sharp, they will realize the external amp is bad and replace it. That was my problem and it took more than one time and so far so good.

My Aspen did that one time - for about 10 minutes. No volume for CDs, external input, radio, nothing. There was a problem with muffled sound at certain frequencies (speaking). The amp was replaced and there were no problems since. Does yours sound "wrong" when people are talking sometimes?
