Default Wheel cover

Hi...hope someone will help me ...
I'm a french guy living in France and proudly driving a Chrysler Aspen 5.7l HEMI.
The wheels are equipped by chrome covers....which are all (meaning ... on the 4 wheels) badly used and dechromed. I believe these covers are in "plastic"...
After being told I've doubleckecked that covers can only be disassembled by removing the wheels and unscrewing the covers by the inside of the wheels. In others words....wheels cover are NOT plastic covers clipped on wheels by the outisde ! Don't know if it translates well but I hope that you have understood.
1) How do you call these wheel covers ? Is there a specific name for it ?
2) Where, as far as you know, can I buy them ?
Many thanks for your help,
Patrick.

A quick look at a few online Chrysler parts stores show that all wheels have been discontinued for the Aspen. Even then they didn't sell just the cover. You had to buy the whole wheel. What our Aspens had was called "Aluminum Chrome Clad Wheels". As you said, basically a fake plastic wheel cover over a basic wheel design. Due to the age of our Aspens, chances of finding these are slim to junkyard. Your best bet would be to just get some new or used aftermarket wheels. Just be sure to get the same size (diameter/width) and same bolt pattern. Then transfer your tires and tire pressure sensors over to them.
