Default Wiper End Caps

I opened the hood today and my rusted wiper arm bolts jumped out at me. Most vehicles have caps to cover the bolts. Are mine missing or did they not come on the Aspens?

I believe they are missing. Mine were, and I found out when I had my windshield replaced recently. The glass man pointed that out to me. I do not know for a fact that they are missing vs. never installed from the factory, though.

I need to go look I can't remember. I think the recessed one is capped the others were not.

Mine don't have caps, and they are slightly rusted as well. One could replace with a stainless steel nut from a hardware store. I bought my Aspen new, and it never had any caps/covers.
