I recently removed the front end to get at, polish and clean the headlights and assembly's . it seems the last person in there did not install the underside threaded housing adjustment bolts and the inserting frame mount bolt that slides through them.

Does anyone have damaged worthless headlamps? to recover them from?

they appears to be M16 x 18mm extra fine


this is the underside of the headlamp. there are 4 of these bolts I need three.

There's a slight chance that the headlight aiming system is something commonly used on Mercedes cars. Since the Crossfire was built by Mercedes (Daimler) it might be worth your time to take one of those bolts to a Mercedes dealership and ask if they can get some for you. No harm in asking.
