04 pac
Hi: I got a 04 pac that turn over, but won't start. Codes are p0073,p0108,p0113,p0118,p0406,p0480,p0517.
I got a scanner innova 3110, and I pull the code and erase them, turn the ING off and disconnect the scanner. Then if I recheck the codes, they are all there again. The codes won't go away.To me none of those code should keep the engine from starting.Must say that I did some checking, and there is no spark at the coil, got 60 pd gas pressure, batt and ground are good, new crank sensor.Check the engine wiring harness and every wire has continuity to either the ecm or fuse box plug. Any help will be appreciated.
I read numerous tread on this site and on the web,but nothing help.

Try to reset the computer by unhooking your negative cable from the car for like 45 mins. Hook it back up and try it again. Then monitor when they come back on. When you do this make sure the car is cool that way you see when the car runs on an open loop and if it switches to a closed loop (after O2 sensors are warm it will go into a closed loop and read off sensors) then that might help pin point about where things are going astray. It reads off some sensors during the open loop but not all.

The problem is that the engine turn over but won't run. And the batterie has been disconnected many time, sometime for day's and the codes are still there after reconnected.sound like it could be a computer problem to me.

I had to replace the PCM on my wifes car and the wiring plugs since Chrysler's genius engineering group put it behind the front left inner fender (toward the front) and under the washer fluid bottle. When I pulled it out, the plugs were horribly corroded along with the PCM. I had to replaced/rewire the plugs and redo the PCM. It was VERY time consuming and very expensive.

doe's this mean anything good or bad to anybody
Coil : key off brn to pos=12.24 on batt
brn to neg= 0.42 on batt
blu to pos=10.62 ....
blu to neg= 0.00 ....
key on brn to pos=11.92 ....
brn to neg= 0.41 ....
blu to pos=10.32 ....
blu to neg=0.00 ....
Bat tested 12.66 at beginning of test on dcv 20 amp digital meter
Does that make sense?
I also have 4.95 volt at cam and tps sensor.

I would get a manual, check each sensor, follow the wires, check plugs/connectors. I would get a wiring diagram also. For all you know they may all use the same ground, like G104 or G103, and that is a bad ground. That is how I would go about it.
