Please help, my car blowing a warm air on the driver side,and a cool air on the passenger side,and cool air on rear side any idea what the problem,and how I can fix it?

When I turn it on to AC cold air every thing works fine,and it blow a cool air out all the vent,but when I want to get a warm heat that when the proble of a cool air comes from the passanger sid,and the rear side.
