I have a 04 Pacifica. I replace the fuel pump back we of the filling issue. It solved this issue and created a new one.
1. If you fill the tank, the engine will not start for 10~15 minutes.
2. If you leave the engine running while putting gas in the tank, the engine will stall.
3. The fuel system is not holding pressure, have to crank the engine 3 or 4 times (3 second, each crank) until it starts.
4. At times at low speed the engine surges.

The only thing I can think to do is replace the fuel pump again. Any ideas?
