My wife drives a 2004 Pacifica, got it new. Seems to only blow defrost and vents. Nothing to the floor. Read about recalibrating and did so. Takes longer than twenty seconds, lights blink for a while. You can here the various doors changing but problem continues. Momma has cold feet. Ideas? Thank for the help.

my guess is one of the blend doors is stuck or broken or something going on with the heater control module. I would check with a shop/dealer and see if there are any codes stored.
