No Heat or Defrost Blowing - Please help
Need some major help here, was on my way to a meeting in my 2004 pacifica while driving down the road the heat and defrost just cut of, No air comming out at all?
There was HOT air comming out up to that point, everyting was fine. Does anyone think they might be able to point me in the right direction to correct this problem (fuse mabey??)
Thansk in advance!

RE: No Heat or Defrost Blowing - Please help
Thank you for the very fast response! I'm going to go try that!! Not being too familiar w/ all the components, I would be looking at the Fuse Box Compartment and trying to locate blower motor relay (#2 picture)
Just want to make sure I'm looking at the right area! Thanks again ! ! !

I just recently purchased a chrysler pacifica and I am also having the same issues also with no cold or heat coming out in the front and the rear blower seems to work but doesn't blow cold or hot. Just hear the fan going on the different levels

OK, my AC/Heater front blower also stopped running on my 2005 Pac w/ Auto Temp Control. Checked fuse #42 and relay #32 under hood, they ok. (see attach schematic) Then opened up glove compartment and checked voltage going to Blower Power Module, it was fine. Then checked voltage going out to Blower Motor, it is fine as shown in attached JPG. So now I am in process of R&R'ing the front blower motor (found a new VDO brand motor on Ebay for $35 delivered).
PS - If you have the stripped down Pac w/ manual temp controls a "Blower Motor Resistor Block" w/ resistors will be found in place of the solid state Blower Power Module.
question - Anyone have actual experience changing out the front blower motor on a Pac? Looks fairly easy, but nothing assists like experience.
Checking voltage going out to front AC blower motor.
UPDATE NOV-13-2018: Installed new blower motor, all working fine once again. R&R task pretty easy, except for one 8mm bolt holding the "lower air inlet housing" in place. Said bolt is nearest the floor up against the firewall, is truly a SOB, took me about 30 minutes, using 1/4" drive socket w/ u-joint and 3 cuss words to get that one 8mm bolt out.

Did you ever figure the problem out. I'm having the same problem. My fuses are good.
